SOOG TIME USER TERM
First read, accept, and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this online store user agreement and privacy policy, which includes the terms and conditions listed below, combined with the reference materials. Before you can make changes on the Soog Time website, we strongly recommend that you visit and read the referenced pages in this document and other information contained on the websites when reading this Online Store User Agreement, this agreement is applicable to all online store merchant.
Eligibility
Services provided are only applicable to individuals/businessmen who can conclude legally binding contracts in accordance with applicable laws. Without limiting the above provisions, services will not be provided to temporary or permanent suspended Soog Time members and persons under the age of 18, without the supervision of a parent or guardian, If you do not meet the requirements, please do not use our website. In addition, your Soog Time account (including reviews and ratings) and user ID cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. By registering as a business entity or merchant, you indicate that you have the right to bind such entity to this agreement.
Cost and service
They are certain expenses for displaying and selling on our website: The structures of fees and service fees may be changed from time to time at our sole discretion. However, we may choose to temporarily change the service fee structure of promotional activities (such as free trading days), and these changes will only be effective when temporary promotions posts are made on our website. Part or all of the fees and service structure can be changed at any time at our discretion. If new services are introduced, payment will be made for the service when the service is started. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in QAR (Qatari Riyal). You are responsible for paying all fees and all applicable taxes and fees related to the use of our services and website.
If your Soog Time online store is suspended due to violation of our rules, or terms and conditions, the fee will not be refunded in full or evenly. But If your subscription request is rejected, the online store's subscription payment will be refunded. Soog Time reserves the right to refuse any request.
We may review and modify the way Soog Time Store merchants access this website from time to time. These changes will be posted on the website and will be binding upon implementation by all members. The changes will take effect immediately after being posted on our website.
Right to delay or cancel Soog Time Online Merchant Account
Soog Time may stop auctioning, selling or using the service if the following situations occur: -
1. Changes to the API, program or application scope without Soog Time's prior written consent.
2. Breach of any part of this agreement and Soog Time's terms and conditions.
3. Failure to update the effective delivery tracking (express tracking code) within seven (7) days after order payment.
Soog Time reserves the exclusive right to cancel or refuse to provide services to any company or individual without a specific reason. Store fees will be repaid in stages based on the number of months the member has operated the online store. If you receive three (3) or more negative comments from buyers, the system will automatically suspend your online store account. Therefore, you will contact the buyer in person to resolve any negative reviews.
Listing and Selling
Products legally listed on the website, should be what is sold. You must describe your products and all sales terms on the website listing page. Your ads can only contain text descriptions, graphics, images, videos and other content related to the sales of the product also, all items listed should be included in the appropriate category. Soog Time is not responsible for the goods you sell on this website. The quantity of all items sold must be the same (the size, color and model of each item must be the same).
In your advertisements, you may not link or include advertisements for the following products or services: -
a) Items that you are not trying to sell on www.soogtime.com;
b) Items with external URL or sites other than Soog Time, also external links should not be included in your posting
You may not list on our site or sell any item using our site which:
i. Infringes any third party's copyright, intellectual property, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
ii. Otherwise causes legally-recognized harm (such as a product that contains a defamatory statement); or
iii. Is illegal under, your sale to the buyer would or violate, any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
iv. Prohibited listings
You may not visit our website or sell any drugs or narcotics, tobacco and pornography through our website, including the sale of sex toys and adult toys or services. In addition, you are not allowed to enter our website or sell any items through our website, which may cause us to violate any applicable laws, or rules and regulations by paying registration fees to us, these items are but not limited to real estate, stocks or bonds, insurance or other financial services.
For the sale of alcoholic beverages, the merchant must provide a license to sell alcoholic beverages.
Soog Time reserves the right to delete its content at its sole discretion.
If we discover the following facts, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict the list of merchants without notice:
a) Registration information and business contact information are invalid, inaccessible or misleading.
b) Traders are suspended from trading due to other reasons that violate our guidelines, rules and laws, or due to other reasons that we deem appropriate.
c) The merchant entered an external URL or website, and these URLs or websites were redirected to a site other than the Soog Time online store.
d) The Merchant's payment was not through the proper payment services.
e) The Merchant mislead or impersonate messages/text to promote sale or the "number of items sold".
Delivery
Merchants must update all paid orders with valid delivery tracking details (express tracking code) within seven (7) days after order payment or within the number of days specified in the list. Merchants are responsible for all express service fees, delivery fees, product taxes and customs duties.
Privacy
Without your consent, personal information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes, and we will only use your information in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy. We believe that consumer protection is a very important community principle and we understand that you and your information are one of our most important assets, and the privacy of our members is very important to us, as it is stored and processed on computers in Qatar, which are protected by the physical security equipment and technology of our service provider. If you object to the transmission or use of your information in this way, please do not use our services. The new e-commerce rules require that any Marketplace operator like Soog Time must have complete seller information and supporting documents, such as business registration documents, account statements, etc. Your data, such as your full name or company name, registration and valid contact details will be published on the publishing page
Soog Time may (and you authorize us) to disclose user ID, full name and other information, phone number, email and company registration information to authorities and registrants, as we have such right at our sole discretion, for purposes related to investigation which is necessary or appropriate, fraud, intellectual property infringement, hacking or other illegal activities.
Promotion and Marketing
Soog Time reserves the right to send you advertising, promotional and marketing materials from time to time. This material may come from us or a third party. Soog Time reserves the right to use product images in Soog Time, marketing activities, newsletters, Soog Time mobile apps and promotional activities. Soog Time will notify distributors of the request before obtaining approval.
No Agent
You and Soog Time are independent contractors, and this agreement does not imply or establish any agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employer or franchise relationship.
Your Behavior
You are solely responsible for the content of actions taken through this website. You must ensure that your participation in commodity trading does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this, we mean that you must confirm that you have the right to sell or buy related products, and that no laws or regulations prohibit you from doing so. You must not distribute any illegal, harassing, slanderous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or offensive material through this service. You must also not post any material to encourage actions that may constitute a crime, violate civil liability, or violate applicable laws or regulations. If you receive one or more offers above the specified reserve price, you must complete the transaction.
You cannot use aliases or auction agents to turn your auctions into popular auctions. When using the Soog Time Online website, services and tools, you agree not to:
1) Publish content or items in inappropriate categories or areas on our website and services;
2) Infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights;
3) Violate our laws, rights or third-party policies;
4) sign an illegally binding contract, using our website, service or tool;
5) Ship purchased goods. when the buyer does not comply with the published conditions or you are unable to communicate with the buyer.
6) Manipulate commodity prices or interfere with other users’ lists;
7) Intercept or manipulate the structure, charging process or fees of Soog Time arrears;
8) Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or defamatory content;
9) Take any measures that may affect the feedback or rating system (for example, viewing, importing or exporting feedback information from the website, or using it for purposes unrelated to Soog Time);

Hold
In order to avoid the risk of liability, Soog Time may require and may continue to require the Google Pay or Noqoody payment service to retain seller funds in the Google Pay or Noqoody account. The deduction can be based on certain factors, though not limited to the seller’s sales history, the seller’s performance, risk factors, delivery factors, and product or program delivery. Registration and password
Your password is the key to your account. Please use unique numbers or letters, and do not expose to anyone your online store password. If you share passwords or personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions performed on behalf of your account. If you cannot control your password, you may lose significant control over your personal information and web store account, and you may be bound by legally binding actions taken on your behalf. If your password is stolen or used or registered without authorization for any reason, you agree to notify us immediately.
Disclaimers
Soog Time online store merchants are solely responsible for the content of their own websites and listings and any other content. If the content of the Soog Time Store’s website contains defamatory comments or copyrighted content, they may be liable for their content, Trademarks, patents or trade secrets or other laws, without the permission of the author or owner.
Soog Time is not responsible for the delivery or quality of goods, products or services sold or advertised on the Soog Time Store member site. The content (text, graphics and images) displayed on the Soog Time website may include technical inaccuracies, typographical errors and outdated information.
Dispute
Because Soog Time is a portal site, if you have a dispute with one or more users, it will take Soog Time (and our senior management, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) to go through all details from claims, litigation and damages (actual and consequence). All types and properties that are known or unknown, suspicious and unsuspecting in the litigation, published and undisclosed, related in any way will be produced to us to helps us in making our decision.
General
All aspects of this agreement are governed by the laws of Qatar. Therefore, the law applies to agreements signed and fully implemented between Qatar and the people of Qatar. Both parties submit to Qatar’s jurisdiction and further agree that all litigation grounds arising from this agreement should only be submitted to the Qatar courts.
Soog Time cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and the operation of our website may be interfered by many factors beyond our control. If any clause of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the clause will be deleted and the remaining clauses will apply.

Our failure to take action against any violation by you or others does not mean that we waive the right to take action against subsequent or similar violations.

b. I/we may receive communications from Soog Time at any time.
c. All payments will be made through Soog Time payment service.
d. If it is determined that the merchant has violated any Soog Time terms and conditions, Soog Time reserves the right to block (suspend) the merchant account.
